        I love this!

    • I love that Josh. The repetition of lines and the red pick up on the monument create great balance. It's excellent.

At 413 posts you should have banner privileges btw.

I KNOW! I have a lot of trouble deciding on what kind of banner I want. I'm being difficult about it. Also, can you believe it only took me 12 years to achieve banner privileges?

But the beauty of it is that you can change it every week if you want to. Don't overly question it just put one up and then change it when you don't want it any more.

      • So, another one. It seems I'm taking advantage of this sudden kick I have to make art again.

This one is called Angelus is an a#%hole. Enjoy! (feedback, please?)

      • Oh I really like this as a set. The fear & desire to escape is conveyed brilliantly and then those two scenes where he catches her and his satisfaction after. Both are a wider view, more detailed as a scene, an event. But then it goes back into the results, the stark details. Jenny left broken and then Giles' shock with so much of his features removed really conveys the sense of disassociation from what he was expected, what he had been feeling. The circles through all pulling focus onto the moments. It's just fantastic. Love it.

      • Sorry guys if this is too much!

I am watching season 4 right now and up to Hush. When watching, I realized I never made anything from that episode (not for the lack of trying, though) so I decided to give it another shot. I thought adding no text was fitting.

      • I agree with Priceless, these are really good! But my favourites are #2 and #4, so dramatic.

      • This one was meant to be apart of a bigger piece for the current round of The Banner/Icon Meme Challenge. Unfortunately, this one stood out too much to be a small cog and thus my entire idea tanked but I had to salvage it and managed to get a somewhat decent wallpaper (I hope).

        Power

So this one is sort of a wallpaper but nah. It pretty much turned out a mess and really lacks direction, I feel. Maybe you guys can give me some pointers.

Kind of a banner set. I try to come up with ideas for the current round of The Banner/Icon Meme Challenge and I always sidetrack to other things. I hope I'll come up with something by week's end.

The Willow/Tara ones are really good. And TBH I don't see much wrong with the Power wallpaper -- the colours are great, but I also like the composition. I suppose you might think the balance is a bit off, but I actually like how the viewer's gaze is drawn rightwards and upwards. So no pointers from me, sorry.

      • I really like the circles and flames in power and the focus it draws onto Buffy. I think Adam looks a little dropped on top as the cap is a lot sharper than the other elements so that stops him feeling a part of the whole piece. He's also quite small for balance but it could be argued that that plays into the message of the piece and the dynamic in the moment between them. But I think generally if you reduced the stark contrast between Adam and the other elements it might draw it all together a bit more. I really do like it though, especially the use and positioning of the fire.
